Do you accept cash or checks, echecks or PayPal for online orders? Unfortunately, we cannot accept cash or check as a form of payment at this time.

How will I know if my order has been shipped?
An e-mail confirmation with an order number and brief summary will be sent to you shortly after your order is successfully processed and payment is made through the credit card gateways.

International Shipping:
We currently only ship to the domestically to the 48 contiguous states.
Please Note: All purchases are subject to bank authorization prior to processing. Only authorized purchases may be processed and shipped.

Temporarily Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item selected is temporarily out of stock at the time of your order, you will be notified via email and advised of the expected ship date of the backordered item. Backordered items are shipped as soon as they are available. If there are other items in your order that are in stock, they will be shipped to you. Please be assured that you will not be charged for any item until it is shipped. If for any reason you wish to cancel a backordered item, please contact us at info@ReSamiHair.com.
Maximum Purchase Amount:
We regret that we must limit orders to a maximum purchase of $500 (not including shipping fees and sales tax) per customer. If you have any questions please contact us at info@ReSamiHair.com and we will be happy to assist you.
We, at ReSamiHair.com, hope you are 100% satisfied with every purchase you make on our site. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase from ReSamiHair.com please return it to our Return Center within 30 days with your original receipt, and we will be happy to refund your purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that are more than 20% consumed (studies show that allergic reactions happen within the first 15% of a product's use; in addition in case simple do not like the product you need to determine this within the same initial 20% of product usage) You must contact us about any problem or request to exchange or return products to obtain a RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION # as described below to qualify to the return and any requested Refund, credit or exchange. If an item purchased was a set, we can only complete the refund if the complete set is returned, not individual items. NOTE: if a product does not have the required RMA#, or sufficient name and address information, or is returned RTS (Return To Sender) or Postage due, or if more than 20% used, based on our sole evaluation and judgment, you agree that you will not be eligible for any refund. In addition, in these unauthorized situations, a restocking fee of up to 30% of the Purchase price of the returned items will be charged to the credit card originally used. All refunds will be credited to the original payment method. No cash refunds. Send your package via an insured and prepaid method (we recommend UPS or FedEx) to insure you have proof you sent it back in case it never reaches us--- NOTE: we cannot be responsible for the loss of your return during shipment. Include your packing slip and/or invoice number and please let us know the reason for your return. Shipping and handling fees are not refundable on returns and the return postage must be prepaid by you the returning customer. If we shipped you the wrong product or there is a defect, we will send you a replacement after we receive the incorrect or damaged product, and will reimburse you for the extra shipping cost.

We will contact you within 2 business days by email of phone with RMA Instructions and the Authorization Code, and the ADDRESS to which to return the product. Please do not send returns without the RMA because the Return Center will not be allowed to accept them for processing and you will not be eligible for a refund, credit or exchange as noted in detail above. BE SURE the RMA and you’re the original purchaser’s NAME AND ADDRESS are clearly marked and legible on the OUTSIDE of the return shipper.
