Just as in Ayurveda where the forces of nature rule, ReSami™ was born from a chance re-union of 2 people whose ‘life paths’ were destined to intersect again create a new opportunity of energy and learning.
Two men, who had worked together over 20 years ago, lost track of each other: One was born and raised in India, trained in Ayurveda Medicine and Chemistry, and is a Ph.D. and trained expert in hair and skin treatment. The other, an American with decades of experience creating hair and skin products for the largest mega-corporations in the world, is an independent Business Consultant. In a random phone call several years ago, Dr. Dipak Ghosh, Ph.D., and Robert Sheasby discovered that each, for years, wanted to create new, but more wholesome personal care products that the big companies were not interested in. They each knew about Ayurvedic medicine on their own, and felt that the special potency and power of the many Ayurvedic ingredients, used for over 5,000 years in India, and still used in India homes today should be brought to the US. ReSami is the result of 2 years of work to bring the first products to the western consumer.
The focus on the amazing restorative powers, anti-aging and protection of Amalaki and tulsi in particular had exciting applications hair treatment, and skin anti-aging lead to the first product launch on HSN to rave reviews. The line will be expanded based on new ideas and input from our valued customers suggestions.
